I've signed the Partnership Agreement for Complete Branding Services and am eager to get started. What's the process look like?

We will communicate often with regular check-ins, review sessions, and email/phone support, working within your timeline.

  • Kick-Off Meeting: We start things off right by reviewing and approving the project schedule and detailed partnership expectations.
  • Branding & Graphic Identity Discovery: Here’s where you share your preferences and vision. You share what sets you apart from your competitors. MHC leads the discussion, with specific feedback and processes so you are not overwhelmed.
  • Logo Design & Brand Guidelines: Next, you experience the creative process: reviewing designs, colors, fonts, as MHC receives your feedback to  rework and refine. Logos are finalized and you receive your Brand Guidelines. Now you have your brand foundation and can set up your socials, website, business cards, and communication templates.
  • Custom Brand Templates: Now that we have your foundation, we equip your communication vehicles: MHC creates supporting brand templates to move prospects down your sales pipeline. The package is customized to your specific needs. Templates include: business card, newsletter template, social media post(s), Instagram reel, sales materials, promotional item design(s), print advertising, web banner(s), and more. Once templates are approved and finalized, you will receive your files.
  • Ongoing Work or Project Completion: If you need ongoing services, we can build that into your agreement or always do an addendum of services later in the process. We hope to keep in touch with all our past clients, and look for feedback regularly after project completion.

I just need some specific work completed. What can I expect?

After our initial consultation, I will provide a quote with pricing (hourly or project estimate depending on your needs), project timeline, and expectations. After quote approval and deposit, I will start work. Upon review and approval of final work, you will be billed, if applicable. After I receive payment, you will promptly receive your file(s).
